Green light for communications groups HQ expansion
Proposals by a Worcestershire communications group, which works with the likes of Jaguar Land Rover, Sainsbury’s and the Ministry of Defence, to construct a new building at its headquarters have been voted through.DRPG has secured the go-ahead for the development on land at Ikon Estate, Droitwich Road, Torton, near Kidderminster.Wychavon District Council’s planning committee made a final decision on the application at a meeting on Thursday 5 March.The site currently consists of structures which date from the 1930s and 1940s when it was a wartime army base.
